Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped out within 24 hours of your order from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado to arrive within five to seven business days. Items ordered together will usually arrive in the same box unless one of your items is on backorder. Items shipped to the 48 States in the US, are delivered by USPS at our standard shipping costs.
Orders placed after 3pm MST will be shipped the following day.
At present, we ship only within the United States and Canada to its territories and to APO/FPO addresses.
Destination Arrival Estimates
Our site is integrated with USPS and FedEx real time calculators. Prices are straight from shipping providers and are based on quality and weight.
Rush Delivery and Processing
For your convenience we do offer expedited shipping services through FedEx Express, with Standard Overnight Service within the contiguous 48 states. If we receive your order by 3 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within one business day. Orders placed by 3pm MST Friday will arrive on Monday and orders placed Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
Note: Rush service is not available for out of stock items. Rush orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box, only a physical street address; please call 888.498.3639 for more information.
Sales Tax
If your order is being shipped to Colorado outside of the city of Denver, a sales tax of 2.9% is applied. For orders shipped within the city of Denver, the sales tax rate applied is 7.72%. If placing your order by phone, one of our customer service specialist will calculate the applicable sales tax.
Shipping to another Addresses & Business Gift Giving
You can designate a different recipient during the course of your shopping experience. When selecting your product you will have the option to ship the item to yourself or another shipping address.
